I like one of your products but I want it in a different colour, what should I do?
It's great that you like our product! If you do not see the colour choice that you want on our online florist please call us on 01732 361 555 and we can discuss the colour available you want for your product.
I don't see a product that has everything I want in it.
If you have a sepcific bouquet in mind that you don't see on our website, you can place your order over the phone on 01732 361 555 and let us know the specific flowers you want included in your flowers arrangement.
How fresh are the flowers in my order?
Here at Arranged Flowers, we receive daily deliveries of flowers to ensure we send you the freshest flower arrangements and bouquets we can to ensure the longest life and 7 days guaranteed.
There are roses in my order, how do I best care for them?
A top tip for caring for roses and keeping them looking fresh is to cut the stems by approximately 1cm after 4 days.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are made daily, exlcuding Sundays, and on the date specified when you placed your order. Due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot give you a specified time slot.
When should I collect my order?
Please allow a minimum of three hours after receiving your order confirmation to collect your order from the shop. When collecting your order you need to show proof of your order confirmation, this can be shown on your phone or printed out.
Can I order two products for different delivery addresses?
When ordering products please be aware that you can only apply one recipient address for each order. If you would like to send multiple products to multiple recipients then you will need to create a seperate order for each as this will account for delivery charges.
I missed my delivery!
If you have missed your delivery then you can call us 01732 361 555 during business hours to re-arrange your delivery. We can deliver your order again on the same day or the following day, after this it is your responsibility to collect your order from the shop. Please note that orders collected a few days after the specified delivery date will not last as long and are unlikely to still be in bud.
Can I have a product delivered on Sunday?
Arranged Flowers is shut on Sundays so no deliveries or collection can be made. We are open six days a week between 9AM and 1PM to accept orders for deliveries and collections.
What time are you open for flower collections?
Arranged Flowers is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am until 2 pm. On Saturdays, Arranged Flowers is opemn from 9 am and 11am.

Where to you deliver funeral flowers to?
Arranged Flowers offers delivery to funeral directors, residential addresses and your home within these local areas; Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Hildenborough, Hadlow, Southborough and Plaxtol.
I can't decide which funeral tribute is right, can you help?
Absolutely, choosing funeral flowers is a very sad time that's filled with strong emotions which can make it extremely difficult to choose how you would like to symbolise your relationship with a loved one.

What wedding flower colours can't I choose?
Selecting a colour theme is one of the hardest aspect of planning a wedding, at Arranged Flowers we understand, and are heavily experienced in helping to-be married couple choose the perfecg colour palette for their wedding.
How far in advance do I have to tell you my wedding date?
Ideally, Arranged Flowers would six weeks notice to plan and create a wedding's florial arrangements; including bridal, bridemaids, flower girl bouquet, groomsman, best man, usher buttonholes and maybe some confetti petals?
Do you need to liaise with the wedding venue?
If you are ordering wedding reception flowers from us, you will need to provide us with information about your wedding venue and what decor is permitted so we can best help you to decide which arrangements will look best in your chosen venue and keep in line with the settings rules.
My bridesmaides are at a different location to me, how much is the delivery cost?
Flower delivery to the bride to be is free from Arranged Flowers. If your bridesmaids are near, we may be able to offer a discounted delivery service to them, this will be agreedc during your consulations on a case by case basis.
How is Arranged Flowers operating in lockdown as a Tonbridge florist?
You can still order floral arrangements and flowers for all occasions online from our website, arrangedflowers.co.uk which are available for non-contact delivery and collection.
We're also offering a click and collect and call and collect service from our shop in Tonbridge, Kent. Please place your order online or call 01732 361 555 to place an order and arrange a collection time from our Tonbridge shop; address Arranged Flowers, 9 York Parade, Tonbridge, Kent TN10 3NP.
All our staff will adhere to social distancing and be wearing PPE for both yours and our protection.
Are your plants safe for homes with pets?
Most of our plants are safe for pets however, some are toxic and shouldn't be bought into homes with pets. To make this easy for you, our plant collection has a 'Safe for Pets' sub section so you can know your furry friends will be happy and healthy.
What will be plant be delivered in?
All our plants are planted into soil and either a ceramic pot or basket and then delivered to the recipeints address so they are ready to be proudly placed and admired.
